This 1750's post and beam frame has been professionally re-constructed on a knoll overlooking the Menemsha Pond, tucked between some larger parcels. This farmhouse was built with an eye on detail, some of its special features include tumeric plastered walls , french limestone floors, wrought iron rails, granite and marble counters, a cooks kitchen, 3 fireplaces, radiant heat, and a granite foundation. This is an authentic post and beam structure, and there is none finer.
